Hi - QMapShack (1.15.2-lp153.3.7) reports that 'QMapshack detected a badly installed Proj4 library. The translation tables for EPSG projections usually stored in /usr/share/proj are missing. Please contact the package maintainer of your distribution to fix it.'
Proj version is 8.2.1-lp153.64.3 and proj.db is present under /usr/share/proj, on my Leap 15.3 system.
