- update to 3.4.0:
  * Update to GNOME 48 runtime
  * Fix cancel button not working as expected
  * Add variants to the list of available images
  * Updated translations
- remove update-desktop-files as BR, deprecated
- adjust BRs, according to upstream meson.build
- update spec file:
  * formatting
  * use pkgconfig for gdk-pixbuf-devel
  * use more %name macros throughout the spec file
- add small-fixes.patch, to fix the version and shown changelog in
  the about section
