- Drop deprecated use of BuildRoot tag as RPM makes use of the
correlated buildroot macro instead nowadays.
- Drop deprecated icon_theme_cache_post(un) post(un) scriptlet
macros since the icon cache is automatically updated using RPM
filetrigger scriptlets handled by the GTK package now.
- Add python-rpm-macros build requirement to ensure Leap 15
releases that don't pull it automatically don't fail.
- Fix python3_sitelib macro typo.

- Update to version 1.4.5
- 0001-Preparing-config-was-fixed.patch: Apply an upstream patch
which resolves a crash on load of kazam.
- pulseaudio.patch: Apply an Ubuntu patch which resolves failure
to capture audio.
