- Update to 2f0b832c731d ("Merge pull request #350 from q384566678/linux-check"),
  which implements runtime-spec v1.0.0-rc5.
- Remove merged and un-needed patches:
  - 0001-update-godeps-and-use-by-makefile.patch
  - 0002-remove-RUNTIME_TOOLS_LINK.patch
  - 0003-update-based-on-latest-spec.patch
  - 0004-SUSE-set-version-to-1.0.0-rc2.patch
  + 0001-migrate-from-Godeps-to-vendor.patch
- Update to newer golang-packaging.

- Add initial import of OCI runtime-tools (bd4a85de33e0). This is currently not
  versioned upstream, so we'll use the date and git commit to version things
  for the moment.
- Add patches required to make it useful. Port of opencontainers/runtime-tools#231
