  * Make `zipBits` unconditionally strict in its second bit
    vector argument (thanks to @treeowl).

  * Add `simd` flag (enabled by default) to use a C SIMD
    implementation for `zipBits`, `invertBits`, `countBits`,
    `bitIndex`, `nthBitIndex`, `selectBits`, `excludeBits`,
    `reverseBits` (thanks to @konsumlamm).

  * Decomission `libgmp` flag.
