File README.jslint of Package python-pyjslint

A static copy of jslint.js is available in the python module directory
for users who either do not have an internet connection, do not have
write access to the current user's home directory, or otherwise do
not want to download the latest version from github.  Please see
README.rst for instructions on how to use manually-specified jslint.js
scripts.
