- Update to version 0.2.3~0:
  * bump to 0.2.3
  * update sample config to use newer project id in the client secret
  * travis: switch to ubuntu focal, which is shipped with ruby 2.7 rather than 3.0 on jammy. the github releases dpl provided is incompatible with ruby 3 (https://github.com/travis-ci/dpl/issues/1234)
  * travis: remove extra architectures for now, they're failing and wasting quota
  * travis: disable experimental dpl v2
  * update travis configuration

  * Add support for unexportable files (e.g maps & forms).
  * Fail early if file system cannot be mounted due to network
    connectivity.
