<project name="home:gekker:netbook-remix"> <title>Netbook Remix</title> <description>Ubuntu Netbook Remix Ubuntu Netbook Remix is a 'remix' of the standard Ubuntu Desktop 8.04 release to enable it to work better on devices with small screens, such as Netbooks (sub-notebooks), although these packages will work on any 8.04 installation. Packages ====== go-home-applet: a super-charged 'show-desktop' applet which, in addition to showing the desktop, allows users to drag-and-drop files/folders/urls on to it, to create new favorite items in the launcher. window-picker-applet: a space-conservative window-picker applet, which allows switching and closing windows from the panel. maximus: a window-management daemon (makes sure windows are maximised etc) human-netbook-theme: Human with panel themeing ume-config-netbook: kernel/xorg/gconf configuration for Intel-based subnotebooks. DO NOT INSTALL ume-launcher: the desktop-launcher which takes the place of Nautilus. Replicates the functionality of Applications/Places/System, with added support for a user-defined favorites category.
