Description: Should some executables be installed with setuid permissions?
 The cdcc, dccproc and dccsight programs can be installed with the setuid bit
 set, so that they will run with the permissions of the 'dcc' user. This is
 only required if DCC will be run by ordinary users. If in doubt, say no.
