- Update to version 4.7:
  * New ThermalScattering data, see README file.
- BuildRequires: geant4-rpm-macros instead of geant4-devel.
- Add _constraints to require at least 9 GB disk space.

- Drop Requires: geant4-devel, this dependency should be inverted
  (keep BuildRequires: geant4-devel for rpm macros and proper
  directory ownership).
- Install files to system-wide profile directory exporting
  appropriate variables.
