Ivantchenko and introduced a new set of commands (which do not allow invalid configurations): /mcPhysics/emModel/setEmModel modelName /mcPhysics/emModel/setParticles particleName1 particleName2 ... /mcPhysics/emModel/setRegions regionName1 regionName2 ...
