    repository. We added an automated check for that. New
    code containing memcpy will fail this check

  - vdb: VTable can copy columns
  - vfs: now recognizes sralite.vdbcache files
- Moved README, license and changes into devel package and drop
  unnecessary main package (which only had these doc files
  anyway).
- Small updates of spec file according to spec-cleaner
