- update to v0.1.5 plus a few GIT entries
- no changes file provided by upstream
- update to download GIT snapshot and build tarball

- This still doesn't build, but it comes closer to it.
- python-plaso desires to have a plist parser and this seems to be what they hope to use

	* Per GIT log replaced JSON parser with internal code
	* other minor changes
- change /usr/bin/binplist to /usr/bin/plist.py in %files section
