File README.SUSE of Package mantisbt

To install MantisBT copy the /usr/share/php[57]/mantisbt/admin directory
into your installaton base:

cp -a /usr/share/php7/mantisbt/admin /srv/www/htdocs/mantisbt/

Havnig finished the installation, remove the directory:

rm -rf /srv/www/htdocs/mantisbt/admin
