Breaks VLC
Oh sorry :/ I just tested now. I will check to patch VLC with libcaca modification
Most likely you need to fix vlc. In vlc Fedora plugins are not used and there is no problem.

I add a patch here [0] that fixed issue related to libcaca update. But it still break for another reason, independant from our update. This time is due to the libplacebo. So I cannot submit for now :/
