Downloaded source RPM from here and from Tumbleweed. Confirmed they have identical contents, other that "Release" field within the hiredis.spec file. Hence this is a faithful copy of what's already in Tumbleweed.
Approving so that Leap users can get access to this new version if they choose to use backports.

On Leap 15.4, repo-oss currently provides hiredis 0.13.3-bp154.2.55.
A jump from 0.13 to 1.1.0 feels like too much for Leap. However the target here is the backports repo, which presumably has less strict requirements regarding the introduction of newer versions.
Any SUSE staff have advice on policy here?
