is better written as

%pytest tests/test_vagrant.py

How do you determine that and how do I change it?

It shows a "src.rpm" file here: https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/home:crameleon:misc/python-vagrant/openSUSE_Tumbleweed

And this seems identical to what I did with https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/devel:languages:python/python-browsers.
