Make installation of debuginfod-client more consistent, along with debuginfod-profile, with software/packages that have debuginfod support.

I've tested it, by the way, with GDB - directly - and systemd-coredump. In a default installation, with package recommendations ON, users should get automatic debuginfos download, now.

What you say makes sense to me Michael, taking into consideration SUSE distros are mainly aimed at servers, and even though the shared library was recommending debuginfod-profile. I was only thinking of the average openSUSE user - many of which doesn't know what GDB, debuginfo or stack trace is - when doing those changes, to be easier for them to get at least a stack trace without much fuss.

But yeah, I can make further improvements.

Thanks.

It was a conscious decision to not add any URLs by default via
a Requires, because that's system-config and hence be in the hand
of the admin, not in the hands of the package maintainers. To that
end we actually should provide a profile-opensuse (that refers to the
opensuse debuginfod servers), and perhaps an empty profile. Both
could then provide the config(...) tag, and hence one needs to be
selected at install time.

For the time being I think this goes in the right direction, so
I'm taking it as is. You might think about the above and make further
SRs.
