@xanders can you clean up the changes file we use + not * these days, no need for the translation info, just one entry for that and add the url part for the issue references as per the previous changelog entry. Then resubmit and should be good to go :)
Just expanding on the "translations" topic. Under openSUSE GNOME project, anything regarding translations update, added/removed new language, etc, etc. We just use a single
+ Updated translations.entry at the bottom.
