Thanks, I didn't get to doing this yet because i'm still adding patches and fixes upstream but now is as good a time as any for an intermediate commit.
Sorry the openSUSE-reviewteam rejected this for missing too many changes in the changelog, I am still fixing stuff in the upstream xdg-utils repo so I probably won't be able to fix up the changelog until i'm done there, but feel free to resubmit with a bigger set of changes, i'm pretty sure half the relevant other changes could be summed up as fixes for dash compatibility
I think then we can wait until you're done with upstream changes
