I don't want to stop you from finding a home for this. But. Just to make this clear. I won't submit this for Tumbleweed. You'll be the maintainer. If there are issues with it and you don't respond in a timely manner the package might be dropped rather fast. Recently we filed drop requests for Bumblebee - another alternative project to suse-prime, which is no longer maintained. You have been warned. ;-)
How is this all related to suse-prime, which we already ship since yeras? Is it a replacement?
Unlike SUSE-PRIME, EnvyControl can completely turn off the GPU, placing it in a maximum energy saving state when using integrated mode with Intel or AMD iGPU, it also makes use of RTD3 Power Management to drastically reduce consumption when in hybrid state. EnvyControl does not require additional manual setup to configure most advanced features, it is easy for a beginner Linux user to use, which is precisely the focus of my MaxxedSUSE project, bringing beginner users to Linux and being able to make advanced changes in a simplified way.
