- Clean up specfile layout (move description below header)
- Use minimal Requires - it's a zypp plugin, so zypper isn't directly needed
- Remove obsoletes/provides pair, assuming that this was formerly named zypp-plugin-python - not necessary unless the package has been widely released/deployed using the old name
