- Add susehelp-ghelp-for-yelp.patch: Do not replace ghelp:// URIs
with help:// when running a gnome-desktop / using yelp.
Yelp does not understand help:// URIs (bnc#771530).

A prominent example of where this goes wrong is pressing F1 in gnucash.

Most of the changes in this SR are due to the spec formatting service. I in
fact really only added the patch, moving the mangling of the ghelp:// URIs
to the KDE helpcenter execution.
