Requested Obsoletes tag is already in the spec files. Provides tag cannot be given because of incompatibility with the old packages (files are installed in different directories). This conforms to:
http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Package_dependencies#Replace_a_package_by_another_with_the_same_functionality

The Typo3 community changed the naming convention for Typo3 software projects. From now on
- Typo3 will be Typo3 CMS
- Flow3 will be Typo3 FLOW
To mirror this naming convention in the openSuSE packages, a renaming of them is required.
The new naming convention was introduced with new releases: 4.5.20, 4.6.13, 4.7.5. The packages have been raised to this versions.
Additionally Typo3 manager has been adapted to the new naming convention.
