Both the "postgresql" and "postgresql-libs" packages look over-engineered to me. IMO the Provides/Obsoletes pairs in their *91 equivalents (libpq5) would have been sufficient. Please drop the rpmlintrc, it seems to shadow isses. A "lang" sub-package doesn't seem to hurt either. Otherwise acceptable
