- don't create /var/log/apparmor/*/ in %post (no longer needed)

/var/log/apparmor/*/ was needed for the reporting, which is not supported
by current AppArmor versions.

Needless to say that creating directories in %post instead of packaging
them is, well, an interesting method... (I wonder how you got this through
the Factory review ;-)

Maybe you should even replace the %post script with one that calls "rmdir"
on /var/log/apparmor/*/ to cleanup the mess the old %post script caused.
I'll let this cleanup up for you.
