- add build requirements for update-alternatives
- use update-alternative to easily switch between sse type on i586 arch
- use update-alternative to easily switch between several blas and lapack implementations
- update atlas-suse-shared.patch in order to create the missing symlinks between so files
- create new sub package libatlas-sse-common-devel which contains the headers files for the sse, sse2 and ss3 sub packages in order to avoid files conflicts
