The patch taglib-1.6-ds-rusxmms.patch contains a bug that messes up mp4 tags if the local is de_DE (likely every locale except ru_RU). See the bug report at: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=780256 This package contains an updated version of the rusxmms patch, taglib-1.7-ds-rusxmms-r2.patch, that fixes the problem.
