- Disable --as-needed to fix build failures
- Use %fillup for sysconfig file

* Still does not build, requires packaging of other deps they
provide in git repo to clone.

- List all used binaries in programs tag

- Fix EMC SAN MAC issue (bnc#603964)

- fixes no lun display issue due to wrong check for target role
