This is an update that makes it easier to have plasma-nm as a drop-in replacement for the older NetworkManager-kde4 package. Also for 13.1 the obsoletes have been changed to conflicts, to prevent automatic upgrades (bnc#845986). This SR is targeting both 13.1 and Factory and should be together with libNetworkManagerQt in SR#203395
