Hello at this stage this is not acceptable spec file :)
1) run osc service localrun format_spec_file to get easy whitespace fixes + header for free
2) remove _service to download files like this and add them directly to the repo (osc service localrun download_files)
3) the requires web_browser seems weird to me, is it really acceptable in opensuse? (i might be wrong here :))
