- drop fdupes:
1. it broke python byte code handling
2. the only part of the package which would really benefit from
it would be the doc package. but given we only install the
files via %doc, we can not use it for that either.
- reenable completions on distros newer than sle11
- do not use _datarootdir, use _datadir instead.
