Please adjust the digikam package correctly and then submit in one go.

sorry for the confusion with the wrong target package of sr#351592 - this library is not packaged with digikam 4.14.0 any more and we thus need to use it from the old package for which I'd rather have a separate package in OBS as well than extracting the files and putting them as another source file here

This submission can only be accepted once libmediawiki itself is also accepted.
