As discussed, here's Python 3.4.5 for Leap 42.1 and 13.2.

I've tried to syncronise both projects packages, hence some
minor changes are exchanged, e.g. Marcus Meissners dh2048 went
into 13.2, while dimstars rpmlint rename is synced across all
spec and changes files (excluding -doc).

The new python3-urllib-prefer-lowercase-proxies.patch is an
upstream patch from me, that went into 2.7.12 and 3.5.2. Since
it fixes an annoyance with proxy var handling, I applied it
