1) fixed parsing of the TOOLS_VERSION (fixes wrong erlang.el file for emacs)
1a) also made sure that this could not happen with the other version extractions
2) instead of removing all sources, create a sub-package with them, including java_src and c_src as well (needed for e.g. tcerl (tokyocabinet erlang bindings) which require files from a src-tree) - I copied the description from Ubuntu's package - they even package some more files in their erlang-src package, see http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/all/erlang-src/filelist - maybe, we should adapt...but for now this is better than just deleting the files!
3) fixed tv being packaged twice
