Remove from Tumbleweed: this still depends on gstreamer 0.10
psi+ itself already indirectly links gstreamer 1.0 (through Qt5Multimedia) - it is thus highly doubtful that this plugin would not cause crashes anyway.
Should there ever be a GST 1.0 port available, it can of course be considered to be re-added to openSUSE
