[   82s] postinstall script of mailman-2.1.23-2.1.x86_64.rpm failed

It seems it only fails in Factory though. I could build it for 42.3. I can help to look at it anyway for Factory.

IMHO mailman fails to build because postalias is dysfunctional. I consider this a bug in the postfix package?

I see the discussion in the factory list. For documentation, this is now waiting on sr#477340 to be accepted to Factory at which point leaper should kick off a request since postfix is sourced from Factory in 42.3.

The postfix change was accepted, but sr#478576 to apply the changes to Leap was declined citing SLE.
