Fileshareset does not belong to KDE3 at all. Probably it even does not work at modern systems. Better, remove this package and its use in any scripts, test if everything works and re-submit. It should have no place in KDE3, that would be a proper fix.

Indeed, fileshareset does not work. It's supposed to be suid, but is not. I'd prefer to remove the package.

I'm hesitant to accept this SR, it's fixing just a typo in description but will lead to rebuild of many packages in KDE3. I think this is not necessary and only waste of resources.
Don't worry. It's cold in Nuremberg atm, additional head produced doesn't matter :) If your packages behave properly wrt build compare the rebuild would stop anyways.
