took a closer look at https://review.openstack.org/#/c/458386/ I noticed that
it only contains changes related to upstream CI.

- Add 0001-WIP-Adjusting-to-uwsgi-deployed-keystone.patch
- Add 0002-Use-GET-for-Keystone-health-check.patch
