Accept to openSUSE:Leap:42.3
SUSE:SLE-12-SP1:Update/python-pyasn1.4868@1 -> openSUSE:Leap:42.3/python-pyasn1
expected origin is 'openSUSE:Factory' (changed)
Package is in SUSE:SLE-12-SP1:Update
the submitted sources are NOT in Factory
NOTE: if you think the automated review was wrong here, please talk to the release team before reopening the request
Could you please elaborate on the build problems? Note that pyasn1 0.1.9 does not receive security updates.
python-keyczar fails due to it. python-pyasn1 0.1.9 is maintained via SLE
As you can see security-related software is using pyasn1. There were several security fixes in 0.2.x releases you want to have in upcoming Leap 42.3.
One would think there exists a python-keyczar that works with the newer version of python-pyasn1
The python situation in 42.3 is a mess. Please help fixing the failures visible via https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Staging:adi:29 before we can talk about doing further updates.
Sorry, I fail to see how the build failures are related to pyasn1.
Could you please elaborate on this?
I don't think we should downgrade, in this case we should stick with the version from Factory.
it's not a downgrade, just undoing an apparently lightheaded fork from sLE
I don't buy that argument.
