in this patch
- I've 'inlined' the slurm.conf file for tmpfiles.d:
This creates very little overhead and allows one to see everything from
looking into the spec file.
- added backward compatibility when creating this directory in %post
- Changed the patch you've made for the service files so that it has a
preamble: This way, one can look at the patch itself to find out what happened.
Thanks for spotting this and the other issues with unused source files etc.
