What do I need to do to make that happen>

osc mbranch virtualbox, or osc branch -M openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Update/virtualbox, then change and submit.

Thanks. Later in reading the new E-mail this morning, I found that the Leap 42.3 Update repo was available. I got that with

osc branch openSUSE:Leap:42.3:Update virtualbox

I changed it and did osc ci. It is now finished building, and I did "osc mr". The ID is 511695.
