- merge spec file with xml-commons-1.3.04-5.jpp5.src.rpm
* add external-1.2.04 and 1.3.04
* include the resolver
* new subpackages - which[10-11], resolver[10-12],
jaxp-1.[1-3]-apis
* old xml-commons-apis is now provided by xml-commons-jaxp-1.3-apis
AUTOBUILD NOTE:
following prefer should be added into prjconf
Prefer: xml-commons-resolver12
Prefer: xml-commons-jaxp-1.3-apis
this one should not be necessary as old package dissapear after this sr will be accepted
Substitute: xml-commons-apis xml-commons-jaxp-1.3-apis
