- Have update-alternatives handle Xinit's integration of the displaymanager, replacing /etc/sysconfig/displaymanager

I'm not completely sure about the update-alternatives priority though.
sddm and gdm have 25, lightdm 15, and xdm 10.

This begs the question: do we want to still support KDM at all?

Well, it builds fine and it works (and in some ways still better than sddm unfortunately... :-/)

So I don't really see a reason to kill it off at this point.
