- remove in spec the Requires: qt-devel that is Qt4 related
mandatory to avoid to pull openssl1_0_0 now that default is openssl1_1_0
ultimately reporting error:
unresolvable: conflict for providers of openssl-1_1_0 = 1.1.0g needed by openssl,
(provider openssl-1_1_0 obsoletes openssl-1_0_0)
