* Moved %changelog entry to .changes file
* Set "Releases:" tag to 0; because OBS service will fill-in.
* Removed "Requires: yast2-control-center-qt3" because this
package should be required from that package.

- Added symlink in order to access from yast2-control-center-qt3.
- Added "BuildArch: noarch" because this is not an arch-dependent.
