gwenhywfar 5.99 is finally on the way to Factory, as the latest gnucash and kmymoney versions support it now: SR#733941

It may make sense to update libchipcard now too though, the latest upstream version is 5.1.3beta: https://www.aquamaniac.de/rdm/projects/libchipcard/files

Btw, it actually has been updated to 5.1.2 already in the past, but that was reverted because gwenhywfar could not be updated yet (gnucash and kmymoney didn't support 4.99 yet).
