I'll copy this to KUA and add the requires to kaccounts-integration.
Let's get this through legal review as quickly as possible - maybe we have to hold kaccounts-integration back a bit if it takes too long.
PS: it seems it's also used/needed by purpose.

This is not about kaccounts providers, the whole "Online Accounts" KCM doesn't work without accounts-qml-module now, and you'd need that for using kio-gdrive e.g. (which worked fine a couple of months ago, currently I do get "Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app" after entering username/password in the QWebEngine window though :-/ )
No idea if the purpose plugins actually work (apart from the mentioned 2 also twitter needs it), but without accounts-qml-module you only get a completely blank window when trying to use them.
Yes, my comment was strictly about the use of UOA in those purpose plugins, not UOA itself.
Yeah, the apparently still not fixed issue with google blocking PIM...
