The find statement can probably just be %find_lang --with-qt
Please write in more details in the form of a patch

I am not good at lang-file macros and ideally I would split each language into its own package, but I don't know how to do it.

A _service which recreates the tarball on osc service dr would be useful for the future. How did you make the current one?
Even more useful will be the documentation for this _service, which explains in detail the meaning of each option for each file (there are at least 3 of them), and explains how to work with it. I fiddled with this cast for 2 days and could not get it to work.
P.S. This something does not even have a normal name to effectively google.
The best documentation is the reference: https://github.com/openSUSE/obs-service-tar_scm/blob/master/tar_scm.service.in and looking at examples.
Thank you, really this short "redme" is the best I've found on this one. It even describes the "versionformat" option and the "% cd" parameter that I couldn't find. But this is very little for normal documentation. I still do not understand why as many as 3 files are created and the options are repeated in 2 minimum. And for some projects with this, some regular expressions are set for something, and for some reason I could not even start the forked working project, deleting the tarball file from it and clicking on service rebuild.
