I wonder whether there is any Haskell package that doesn't need this constraint? Maybe it's easier if we add that _constraints file directly to all our packages while we generate them?
I agree there are some haskell packages that needs that, but not all of them. I am basing my _constraints change on the build error log messages I am receiving from OBS openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC project.
Adding a _constraints when not required is using a "bigger" worker when not necessary, while we have some limited number of workers (especially for PowerPC)
